Sunstone & Moonstone Beaded Cluster Necklace Wire-wrapped in Antiqued Bronze Wire, adjustable

This Sun and Moonstone cluster necklace is a show-stopping signature piece, funky enough to jazz up with some great brown corduroy pants, really hot this fall, and a simple shirt or sweater yet elegant enough to wear with a suit to a business function or even dress up a simple dress at cocktail hour. No matter what you pair it with, you’ll get some comments! These cluster necklaces are truly unique and one-of-a-kind. While I might use the same type of beads and color combinations, each piece contains beads and a bead combination totally unique to it. I hand wrap beads with my signature wire-wrapping style and then hang complementary beads resulting in a lovely organic, rippling effect.

This piece’s feature beads are Sunstone and Moonstone, paired up with freshwater pearls, Fire Agate and Mother-of-Pearl beads with a few antiqued bronze beads sprinkled in for effect. The main beads are 12mm and the dangling beads are anywhere from 5-8 mm.

Metal materials are nickel and tarnish-free antiqued bronze, including the wire, chain, clasp and accent metal beads and are all easily cleaned with a dry or moistened cloth. All other beads are natural gemstones and pearls and carefully selected with care.

Adjustable from 18 to 23 inches. Store either hanging or in your favorite jewelry box with plenty of space to breathe. Complementary earrings available.

Since “sun” is in this gemstone’s name, it’s no surprise sunstone is associated with the radiance of the sun and the energy it produces to sustain life. Sunstone is said to be a stone of leadership, encouraging the wearer to be open, benevolent and willing to bestow blessings upon others. Also known as a stone of joy, sunstone is believed to inspire good nature and an enjoyment of life. According to metaphysical beliefs, sunstone is highly effective in cleansing auras and chakras. Sunstone is predominantly associated with the Base and Sacral Chakras.

Moonstone, by its very name, has been connected to the moon and to the subconscious and unconscious. It is believed to encourage lucid dreaming and promote emotional openness to new experience. This openness is part of how moonstone is thought to relieve stress–by calming the mind and soothing the spirit. Gem therapists and Ayurvedic doctors even use a specific form of moonstone (called godanti) to cure anxiety and strengthen the will.
